I created an omni-channel design framework that empowers product teams to deliver consistent, connected client experiences across platforms. This framework addressed a critical gap between siloed web and mobile experiences by exploring and defining the three key mobile contexts — native, mobile web, and hybrid. It establishes clear research, strategy, product, and design approaches to achieving parity with web while also driving native mobile innovation that leverages the unique strengths of mobile interactions.
